Peke A Tzu Rescue
Foster Journal

We thought all of you out there would like to see what happens here in our home so we decided we would pop in on occasion and let you know what we are doing. Some days it is just the same old routine, but other times we have a lot of excitement. We hope you enjoy hearing about our activities and seeing a few pictures. The majority of the time you will see us happy, healthy and well groomed, but there is a significant cost involved to get each of us to this point which can be viewed at Foster Vetting Costs..

Hi Everyone,
Welcome to February!! Spring is getting closer. Hey, Elmo here brushing away…have to keep these teeth clean you know. All of us pupsters are lining up for our dentals. That time a year again you know. We are asking if you can help us out a bit this year by sponsoring our dentals. We would really appreciate the help and thank those that have helped some of us already.

Wow, we really got hit in the butt (that’s not exactly how Dad put it) with snow! Sherman here trying to scale Mount Snow. Whew, it is quite the chore. I tried to get some of the other pupsters to participate in my snow climbing, but they opted out. Said it was too cold, too windy and way too much work.

I am beginning to agree with them. I think I had best return to base….that is if I can find it.

Hey Mommy Jan, Daddy Bruce and all of you pupsters. What do you think of our new hair cuts? Our Mom trimmed our faces and we think we look pretty darned cute…no more mustaches for us! We are having a great time and love, love, love our new home. Hey, did you know it actually gets colder here than there? Never thought we’d be able to say that there was a colder place than Michigan, but there is! We just stay cuddled up close in our new home.
Love Ya and Miss Ya,
Hansel & Gretel

We pupsters said goodbye today to our itty bitty brother and sister Nellie and Crispin. They were way too cute and we loved them dearly. Crispin had the cutest way of dancing around on his back legs and had Mom wrapped right around his little paws. Nellie was still very shy, but we couldn’t help but love her. One look into that little face and we were lost. We know they are going to be very, very happy and look forward to hearing from them and how their life is going.

My name is Max. You haven’t met me, but I am one of Peke A Tzu Rescue’s Pupster Patrons. Mom bought me a Packers Belly Band and I am loving it! I will be wearing it tomorrow while I watch “The Pack” run right over the Steelers. Yep, I am confident they can do it and I will be right in style. Goooooo Packers!!!

We pupsters absolutely love football! We watch all of the games and Mom, Dad and we pupsters pick winners for every single game and participate in a football pool with our Auntie Jamie and Unkie Jeff. And then the big day arrives…”Super Bowl Sunday”. We pick our favorite team, pop some popcorn and settle in for the excitement. It was a good game and Nougat here enjoyed watching my team win. Sorry Mom, maybe the Lions will do a bit better next year!
