Dear Mama Jan,
Just a short note to let you know how I am doing. You would be so proud of me - I have not nipped, bitten, or showed an attitude with my new family at least in the last 24 hours. My other Mama is now able to pick me up without a towel and I will come to her for a scratch and be submissive as I roll over to get my belly rubbed - plus no more hiding under the couch.
The leash - well, ok, this thing isn't too bad - not my favorite, but tolerable and with a little more acclimation I'll be walking proud. At least today I'm not trying to chew it off and would say I'm at 80% of behaving with it on - dragging it around the house is a little bit of a bummer though -
My new sisters have been really nice and I have taught them that treats like baby bits of carrots and apple are a good thing. I even got to sleep in bed last night next to Sister Libbi and Mom and Dad - although I don't think Libbi was too happy when I woke her up at 3:00am when I told Mama Toni I had to go out to potty.
All in all I guess it isn't too bad here - oh, and I'm to tell you I have only had potty outside - pretty good, huh ! Well it's nap time - I'm going to snuggle up in some warm towels which just came out of the dryer. I sure love and miss all of you and thank you bunch for SAVING me !!!!!
Love,
Jodi
XOXO

Hi,
Jodi is doing great !!!!
A pretty perfect girl on the leash - no potty accidents - very loving - a hoot playing and stealing socks out of the laundry.
She still has her moments with not having a comfort level which of course is expected and we work through them. Jodi is a real joy and all are getting along - she is definitely a watch pup!
XOXO
