My Dog
My dog is such a little cutie,
She protects me, that's her duty.
She barks at strangers at the door,
Until I say, "Enough, no more".
She is sweet and very small,
But she's a nut, if she sees a ball.
She likes to sit up in my lap,
And take a little doggie nap.
When I come home from running around,
A happier friend could never be found.
She wags at me, her little tail,
And lets me know, I did not fail.
At least not in her loving eyes,
Her feelings she cannot disguise.
She adores me this is true,
And little dog I love you too!
