Peke A Tzu Rescue
Foster Journal

We thought all of you out there would like to see what happens here in our home so we decided we would pop in on occasion and let you know what we are doing. Some days it is just the same old routine, but other times we have a lot of excitement.
Each night as we settle down and climb into bed we gather close and say a prayer for all of the pupsters that are in need.

For those of you who may not have the opportunity to meet our pupsters we welcome you to
Visit our Sanctuary.

We hope you enjoy hearing about our activities and seeing a few pictures. The majority of the time you will see us happy, healthy and well groomed, but there is a significant cost involved to get each of us to this point which can be viewed at Foster Vetting Costs..
If you would like to help with our vetting costs please let all know about our Magazine Fundraiser

Mom, I don't mean to open the month on a negative note, but Kalua here has just about had it with this rule of sharing. Now, I was in this bed first and you would think the other pupsters would show me a little bit of respect at my age. But oh no, in they pile!! I can't even move let alone get comfortable enough to take my nap. You need to do something about this!!!!!

Who's hiding?? Pretzel here is just getting a bit of shade under the patio chair. I did not and I will repeat, did not have anything to do with an pupstercation with Prianna. She is just a big cry baby and is always accusing we pupsters of being mean to her. Geez, if you even look cross eyed at her she whines. Besides, look at this face…now, does this look like a face that would ever get into any trouble?

There just isn't anything better than spring arriving and beginning to move into the summer months in Michigan. We pupsters absolutely love all of the smells that the flowers bring and the colors just make us smile. Each day we get some cut flowers and our little noses go crazy! Life is good….

We had such a wonderful day today. Auntie Carleen and Auntie Judy came to visit. We have missed them for they have not visited in awhile. We of course greeted them with our usual enthusiasm and gave them enough slurpy kisses to last them until their next visit. Most of us were on good behavior, but of course there are always a few (not mentioning any names) that just do not know what proper pupsterquette is!

Well, Caddie I think Dad is mowing exactly in the same direction as he always has and in the exact same pattern. I know the other pupsters have bets on him deviating from his normal route, but Pixie here thinks we are going to win because he is doing it exactly the same way. What's that word Mom uses for Dad sometimes? Oh, I know what it is…pupsterfectionist. No Pixie, Caddie here thinks she uses the word pusternatical more often. Either or, I think we are going to enjoy a whole bunch of extra treats from all the losing pupsters!

Another wonderful day today. Our sweet pupster sister Raven left for her very own special Forever Home. She told all of us she was really nervous and we told her Mom and Dad would never let her go if it wasn't going to be the absolute most perfect home for her. As she climbed into her safe spot for her ride home surrounded by pink, which by the way definitely compliments her complexion, she was still a bit unsure. We were like geez, we would like all that pink stuff! So she gave us that look and said well, this might not be too bad after all! She promised she would keep in contact with us. We love you our sweet Rave!!!!!!

Well, here we are being very, very good and hopefully our goodness will result in just one itsy bitsy piece of food that Dad is preparing. Yep, as usual he has kitchen duty..Mom is nowhere to be seen. You know the old saying "Patience is a Virtue" and we have lots of it!!
See you in July!
